What are the rules?

Starts a quest
Ends a quest
Enters a new area
Kills a boss
Crashes the game

What are the exercises?

Every spin of the wheel, Josh does 10 reps of the following:
Press Ups (or Push Ups)
Tricep Extensions
Bicep Curls
Calf Raises
Squats
Shoulder Press
Bent-over Row
Shrugs

The EZ bar weighs 2kg, and Josh currently has 15kg of weights on it.(5kg = 11lbs-ish)

Yes, jeans. Josh finds them comfortable, and does not have any issues working out in his very comfy, stretch jeans.
Josh started to suffer a bit of a sweat rash, so he had to get creative with some scissors and a Primark t-shirt

What about static buildup?

Josh has his walking pad on a yoga mat, and frequently grounds himself with the metal on his bench. He is also wearing shoes.
